Every book published in Iran is registered with the House of Book and Literature, which publishes the official records. Namafar turned those records into a long series by subject, province, age group and format.
The dashboard shows the long-term trend of more titles with smaller print runs, the weight of translation in each subject, the concentration of publishing in Tehran and Qom, monthly output, children's books, and how many titles reach a fifth or tenth printing.
