How payment works
- Choose a plan, sign in and pick a network: BNB Smart Chain (lowest fee) or Ethereum. You will get an exact amount, unique to your order, and our wallet address.
- Send exactly that amount of USDT or USDC on the network you picked, from your wallet or exchange.
- Your plan is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
Renewal is not automatic: you pay again when your plan ends, and the new period starts from the end of the current one. An upgrade costs only the difference for the days left.
Questions
What happens when my plan ends?
Newer charts and the live dashboards close again; your account and everything free stay. Renew any time; if you renew before the end, the new period starts from the end of the current one, so no days are lost. We email you a reminder 7 days and 1 day before.
Can I move from Basic to Comprehensive?
Yes. You pay only the price difference for the days left, and your end date stays the same.
How does the team in Comprehensive work?
Comprehensive includes three users. The owner adds two colleagues in My account; each gets a separate account and password. Each account can be signed in on up to 2 browsers at a time.
How can I pay?
In USDT or USDC on BNB Smart Chain or Ethereum: in one step with MetaMask (or any browser wallet), by scanning the QR code, or by sending the exact amount from an exchange. Your plan is activated automatically and you get a receipt by email. Need an invoice before paying? Request an offer.
How often is the data updated?
Charts are added and updated as the official and industry sources publish; live dashboards update from their sources. New Persian content reaches the English and Arabic site in regular translation rounds.
Can I use the data in my reports?
Yes: quote and cite with the name Namafar and a link to the page. Republishing whole reports, data sets or dashboards, or sharing your account, is not allowed (see the terms).
Can I get a refund?
Because access is digital and starts immediately, payments are not refunded once a plan is active, unless the service could not be provided because of a problem on our side. If a payment did not activate your plan, write to us with the transaction ID.
