Culture budget brief 1402 (2023/24) - first book: institutional review in Iran

In the first book of the cultural budget brief report, the country's cultural budget is examined from the standpoint of institutional distribution. For this purpose, all of the country's institutions have been divided into three categories—"sovereign," "government," and "non-sovereign, non-governmental"—and the exact budget figure of each institution has been recorded under this classification.
The Culture Budget Brief 1402 (2023/24), like Namafar's previous budget brief reports, presents a classification of cultural affairs that differs from the budget document's classification. A classification under which the final figure for the country's cultural budget is calculated entirely differently from the budget document.
